Welcome to our page. I am Jaslinah Abdul Rahman, Group Agency Manager of JUST Consultants. Read on and get to know us better….

I’ve been in the Unit Trust business as a Consultant &  Entrepreneur since 2003. My business experience comes from SBB Mutual (formerly BHL Pacific Trust, now the “Biru” Company) and Public Mutual Berhad (the “Merah” company).

Why Unit Trust industry ? Perhaps, its because the start-up cost is very low – only RM200. To be successful, one must have 70% ATTITUDE + 20% SKILL + 10% KNOWLEDGE. My accounting and banking background (Treasury & Risk Management) gave me that 10%. My desire and determination & hunger for a better life gave me that 70%. I am truly convince and confident that I deserve a more meaningful life and refuse to be stuck in the rate race !

The unit trust industry further equipped me with necessary skill and business sense. So, here I am today, a Group Agency Manager with more than 150 unit trust consultants and 300 associate unit trust consultants .

Start-up cost of mere RM200 versus Return over Investment of 4000% (a month) really appealed to me ! Now, the Return over Investment has swelled to more than 10,000%. Now, if you are logical in thinking and not a risk taker, doesn’t it make sense to venture into such a business ? How else can you create more than 150 branches with each branch start-up cost of RM250 ? No franchise, nor other business can secure you soooooo many outlets in such a short time. Hmmm, I know you’d agree with me.

Since then I have completed my Certified Financial Planning (CFP) and the Islamic Financial Planning (IFP) course with the Institute of Islamic Banking & Finance Berhad (IBFIM). You can google my name and it may lead you to the Financial Planning Website (www.fpam.my). What does all these CFP and IFP means ? That makes me a qualified “financial doctor” – able to diagnose a person’s financial health and recommend financial solutions and design financial plans for individuals. So now I am a business owner, consultant, doctor and an architect…. Cool !

The unit trust business has thought me to approach this unit trust business from an entrepreneur point of view. Thus, I have been recruiting over the past 5 years and am leveraging on time and network of my business partners. With a team of over 150 like-minded unit trust consultants, we are the JUST Consultants – just, unique, savvy and trustworthy.
